Getting startedWhat does WEES help with?
WEES provides a starting point for study, work, tourist, business, family, residence and extension enquiries. We discuss your goals, organise the relevant questions and help you plan the information and documents needed for the next step.
Getting startedWhere is your office?
Visit SCO 25, near Nabha Sahib Gurudwara, Patiala Road, Zirakpur. Call +91 97792 36830 to arrange a visit; use the directions link on the Contact page.
Getting startedCan I speak to WEES before choosing a country?
Yes. Share your main goal, background and practical priorities. The destination explorer and planning guides can help you prepare for that conversation.
StudyIs admission the same as visa approval?
No. An institution decides admission and the relevant immigration authority decides permission to enter or stay. Plan for both processes.
StudyWhich language test should I take?
Check the institution, course and immigration route first. Accepted tests, scores and exemptions can differ; avoid booking solely on a general recommendation.
Work & residenceCan WEES guarantee a job or permanent residence?
No. A job, employer sponsorship, an invitation, admission and a visa are separate outcomes. None should be treated as guaranteed by an enquiry or a preparation service.
Work & residenceCan a student or visitor work abroad?
Work permission depends on the destination, category and conditions. Do not assume that being admitted to a country or course gives unrestricted permission to work.
Work & residenceIs long-term residence the same as permanent residence?
Not always. Each country uses its own categories. Read the official route description and conditions, particularly when considering renewable long-term residence.
ApplicationsWhat documents should I bring to a first conversation?
Start with your goal, intended destination, timeline and a summary of your background. If relevant, have admission or job information and previous decisions available. Do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through the initial website enquiry.
ApplicationsHow much does the process cost?
The total depends on the destination, route and support required. Ask WEES for a written scope and professional-fee breakdown. Government, institution and other third-party charges should be identified separately.
ApplicationsHow long does a visa take?
Timelines vary by category, applicant and authority. Use the official processing information for the route; a general estimate or service payment is not a promised decision date.
ApplicationsDoes previous travel guarantee a new visa?
No. Prior travel may be relevant, but each application is assessed on its circumstances and the applicable rules.
ApplicationsCan you help after a refusal?
Share the decision and the circumstances before deciding on another application. The reasons, possible options and need for appropriately qualified advice should be considered first.
EnquiriesWhat happens when I use the enquiry form?
You review your details, then submit your enquiry directly to WEES. After it is saved, you receive an enquiry reference. You can also choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp or call the office.
EnquiriesDo you need my passport or bank documents in the first message?
No. Keep the initial enquiry to your name, contact details, preferred service and destination, and a brief outline of your plans. Ask WEES how to provide sensitive documents if they become necessary.
EnquiriesWhere should I check the latest rules?
Use the official government links on each destination page. Rules, fees, evidence and processing times can change, so check them again before applying.
