Privacy information

Enquiries on this website

When you choose “Submit my enquiry”, WEES saves your name, phone number, optional email, selected service and destination, message, source page, submission time and consent confirmation in its website database. Authorised administrators use this information to review and respond to your enquiry and may record follow-up status and internal notes.

Your enquiry is not stored in browser local storage. You receive a reference only after it has been saved. Contact WEES using the details below to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Please do not include passport numbers, financial records or other sensitive documents in the initial form.

Opening WhatsApp is optional. The WhatsApp button opens an external service; after submitting an enquiry, it can include your enquiry reference in a draft message. WhatsApp uses its own terms and privacy practices, and you decide whether to send the message.

Conversations with WEES

If you call or message WEES, the information you choose to share is used to discuss and respond to your enquiry. Before sending application documents, ask the office about the required information, the appropriate sharing method and how it will be handled. You can use the phone number below to ask about information you have shared.

Checklists on your device

The planning guides can remember which checklist items you tick using browser local storage. Only the item selections are saved, not your identity or application documents. Use “Reset checklist” on a guide or clear this site’s browser storage to remove them. If storage is unavailable, the checklist still works for your current visit.

Cookies and website hosting

This website does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. The admin panel uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. Technical request information and short-lived, hashed rate-limit records help protect forms and sign-in from abuse. The hosting service may also use access controls and cookies to operate and protect the website.

External services

Links to government websites, Google Maps and WhatsApp open external services with their own privacy practices. No map or social media feed is embedded on this website. Your browser contacts those services when you follow their links.

Questions or corrections

Contact WEES if you want to ask about an enquiry, correct information you shared or discuss a privacy concern. Please identify the conversation without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
